Yay, soon is Thanksgiving! If you wanna to prepare something special for your Thanksgiving party the cranberry red wine spicy sauce is the right choice. I love to make it from fresh cranberry but the frozen cranberry is also very OK. Any type of red wine gives a special its own herbal and spicy taste and aroma. As for me, I’d prefer the Merlot type of red wine that is less rough than, for example, Cabernet Sauvignon. Feel free to choose any of your favorite types of red wine to get your favorite taste and aroma. Such cranberry red wine spicy Thanksgiving sauce also perfectly helps to keep you warm and stay healthy in the cold season 🙂 Time of preparation is no more than 10 minutes!

Ingredients:
• 2 cups cranberry fresh or frozen
• 1 cup red wine • 1 stick cinnamon
• Ginger • 2 pcs. onion
• Natural fresh or dried spices  or sea salt (for salty taste lovers)

How to Make Cranberry Red Wine Spicy Sauce
1. Clean cranberry and put it into steam or normal pot
2. Poor red wine into pot and let it steamed together with prepared cranberry for about 5 minutes
3 Slice ginger fresh or just add into the pot dried ginger and other spices you like.
The cranberry red wine spicy sauce goes perfect and very delicious with your any favorite meal.
