Keto Friendly Omega 3 Rich Stuffed Cod Recipe

Omega-3 fatty acids are the type of fat which body cannot make on its own. They are called an essential fat, and it means that they are required to survive. Also, science-based researches prove that omega-3 fatty acids can improve immunity and cardiovascular health. One of the best way to get the omega-3 fatty acids is to get them from our every-day food.

And, fish are the best food source of omega-3 fatty acids. (Sure if no allergy). Here it’s my easy-to-prepare and simple recipe of healthy stuffed fish. I’ve chosen whole cod with its liver since it a really omega-3 fatty acids champion and suitable for stuffing, but, sure, you can choose your any favourite type of fish.


Ingredients: • Fish (cod) • Green peas • Sour cabbage • Bell pepper • Parsley • Lemon

Quick Preparation steps:

1. Remove the fins with scissors, cut on the underside and clean the fish

2. Rinse with tap water

3. Stuff the cod with its liver, fresh vegetables and spices you like

4. Place the stuffed fish in a baking pan or sheet and put it into the oven 350C degrees for about 30 minutes

5. Pour some lemon juice on the baked cod and cover with fresh chopped parsley
