Delicious and nutritious drinks for for clear mind and body!
Spirulina is well known excellent protein power nutrient and perfect choice for simple and healthy snack if we need to push much energy throughout the day. I’d love to share my fave simply quick and easy-to make spirulina drinks which help me to stay in energetic shape through a day.

1. Spirulina & Baobab Energy Drink
This spirulina and baobab powder based drink is a really energizing powerhouse of minerals, vitamins and protein and an excellent natural booster in any season.
Ingredients
1 cup clear warm water
1 tsp non GMO, organic spirulina powder
1 tsp organic baobab powder
Blend everything together in your blender or simply by tea spoon with spirulina

2. Spirulina & Coconut or Rise Milk Energy Drink

Ingredients
1 cup clear coconut or rise milk
1 tsp non GMO, organic spirulina powder
1 lemon juice
Blend everything together in your blender or simply mix with spirulina using teaspoon, decorate with lemon or your favorite herbs or spices. I love to add chopped parsley or organic curcuma powder.

3. Milk & Spirulina Nutritious and Calming Drink

Perfect for night meal for adult and kids to sleep well. Both cow and goat milk are very delicious if mixed with spirulina
Ingredients
1 cup fresh skinny or whole cow or goat milk (it’s my fave!)
1 tsp non GMO, organic spirulina powder
Blend everything together in your blender or simply mix milk with spirulina using teaspoon

If you have other ingredients in your kitchen or like for example yogurt or fruit juice based smoothie simply add spirulina to your smoothie and you won’t regret it!
